I thought the buildings across the street, neatly tucked together, looked quite neat. Newer cities just don't wedge things together that close anymore...

Welcome to California? - Photo 21 - Projct 365

I took a road trip and wanted a picture of the "Welcome to..." signs are the various state lines. As I drove into California, the road was under construction. The two were too funny together - "Welcome to California" and "Road Closed"!

Railways Spikes - Photo 20 - Project 365

There a railway that runs through town and some of the neatest things are just off the tracks. Here appear to be some repair supplies left at the side of the rails. I love the colour the few plants add to the scene.

About Project 365

The Provo Temple - Photo 19 - Project 365

I took a trip and so was without internet access for a while, so now I'm in the process of catching up. It's a little harder to remember the stories two weeks (sometimes more), but I'll try my best. As always, enjoy!

The Provo Temple at night is beautiful when lit up at night, and even better from above. This was taken from Squaw Peak, just up Provo Canyon. This was also taken with my zoom lens - next time I'm taking my tripod to improve my odds of getting good night photos.

(For those paying attention to the dates, this one actaully falls between Photos 17 and 18.)
